Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this hotel!
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Alua Atlantico Golf!The staff were fantastic and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean. The food was delicious, and the location close to the ocean and the airport was very convenient. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this hotel!
Disliked: The only thing that could have been better was the pool water temperature — it could have been a little warmer.
Vacation Tenerife
Liked: The location is close to the ocean, but there is no developed beach, and the area is full of rocks. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the beaches in Los Cristianos and Las Américas. The food is good, and the price-quality ratio is decent. I liked that there were plenty of activities for both children and adults. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the price paid.
Disliked: The fact that I had bugs in the bathroom and the pillows were not comfortable.
Clean and enjoyable
Liked: Food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean, suite room was massive and really impressive.
Disliked: Tiles needs fixed on the pools by the sea view, tiles outside of pool are dangerously slippy on all pools, 30 minute sun lounger limit is not fair when leaving beds to go for breakfast or a swim, all inclusive is very limited due to ending at 11pm not many bar staff or bars open with big ques, can’t access even soft drinks 24/7 which most all inclusive allow, due to this I would say the hotel is more 3 star rated not 4
Generally a good family hotel, high standard of cleanliness, spacious rooms and good location
Liked: Clean, hard working staff. Lots of variety in the restaurants.
Disliked: Not enough sun loungers and no policing of guests leaving towels on them all day, whilst off doing other things.
Liked: The Staff was nice and there is free parking.
Disliked: The food is awful, it's really hard to get a sun lounger, The beds are really hard and the elevator in our building did not work.
Liked: Rooms modern
Disliked: Food was awful Queues for drinks long, lack of staff serving Poor quality sunbeds
