Fabulous
Reasonable accommation but sloppy owner
Liked: The location is convenient with ample free street parking and a Mercadona supermarket right next door. The apartment has a fairly well equipped kitchen and is reasonable.
Disliked: The inexistance of personal contact is disturbing, staying here is like communicating with an invisible ghost. The keys are to be collected from a key box, but the information about this and the code are not communicated beforehand (a criticism also made by other customers, and which we fully confirm!). It is stressful to arrive at the place without having the code. I must admit that the (g)host fortunately answers immediately and provides the requested code, but in our opinion this should not be done when the customer asks for it, but the host should provide this information by himself beforehand! On the second day of our stay, we noticed when returning in the afternoon that there was no water in the apartment (not in the kitchen, not in the toilet). We sent a Whatsapp message to the owner, he again replied within seconds telling that the town council had shut down the water supply and that it would be back after one hour. This shutting down is probably true (although the nextdoor Mercadona did have water), but as the owner replies so quickly about this shutting down, I would expect that he informs the guests about it beforehand, not wait until the guests have to ask what is going on. This lack of personal contact and the attitude of the sloppy (g)host is very disturbing.

Liked: For the price-value that we got, it’s a gem.
Disliked: Price-value, with the accent on excellent location.
Superb
Liked: The location is perfect, very close to the town center and the bus station, a big supermarket is on the ground floor of the house. The equipment was exactly as in the description, the apartment was clean, with a very nice view.
Disliked: It would be nice to get the key box code slightly earlier - in case e.g. there would be no signal/internet: you get it first when you are by the apartment. And one hint for other guests, not a minus point: The address on Google maps did not match at the time of my stay, but I got instructions from the host.

Liked: Everything is ok. The apartment is in the same building as the shopping centre. Free parking on the road and nearby. The owner replies immediately.
Disliked: There were no bedsheets for the sofa. But in general everything is good.
