Exceptional
We did not feel safe and comfortable and did not stay at the property. The owner refused to refund
Liked: The property was not as described; it was not located in Las Galletas as promised. It was in a shabby area which did not feel safe (its metal fence had a barbed wire on top) behind banana plantations, remote from any services, shops, restaurants. It smelled mold inside and there was a rat trap in the living area. The bungalow was advertised as "pets allowed" but the property informed that not pets were allowed inside. Wild cats were roaming around in the yard and neighbors dogs loudly barking and some big dogs were running free on the streets. We did not stay at the property but had to book another accommodation. However the property did not agree on late cancellation despite our request.
Disliked: We did not like anything about the property. Its location did not feel safe, it smelled humidity and mold inside the bungalow, there was a big rat trap in the living room, and altogether, the accommodation did not correspond to its description (it promised to be pets allowed but the owner told that our small 4 kg dog must stay outside). We could not stay at the property but had to book an alternative hotel to stay in.
Neglected property with bug 🪳 issues
Liked: The property is big, it has a grill area, the owner left us a bottle of wine.
Disliked: Context: I travelled with my partner around Tenerife for 3 weeks prior to staying in this accommodation and during this time we saw only one cockroach. The main issue in this property is lack of care, while the inside of the bungalow is clean, area around it needs a lot of work. All of the trees around are overgrown with lots of dead leaves and branches. It is a perfect environment for bugs and during 2 days we killed 6 cockroaches! What is more there is a hole under the door so the 🪳 are free to come inside event when the door is closed. Apart from the bugs there is a pigeon nest in the middle of the property so expect a lot of bird poops. The other problem is that the bungalow is very low inside, the door frame is 175cm high, I am 194cm. It is very bad for the back and posture.

Liked: Great location for the ones looking for peaceful place, away from touristy places. Great location if you want to explore different parts of island. Great garden with bed for sunbathing and bbq. House is pretty basic but has everything you need - equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, porch, beautiful garden. 5 minutes drive to the closest beautiful beach
Disliked: Nothing at all!
Great for a couple who enjoys quiet evenings after haectic days
Liked: Small bungalow out of the main traffic, but not far from it, so you can have a quiet peaceful rest after the day’s journey. Great for a couple who enjoys this kind of holidays
