Fabulous
Magical surroundings, exceptional wellness, and wonderful staff!
Liked: The Atmosphere & Grounds: Absolutely magical surroundings with beautifully tended, sensitive gardens and a peaceful, relaxing vibe. Staff & Hospitality: The team goes above and beyond. We arrived after hours, and it was so easy to find our key, with a waiter stepping in to help us with our bags down the hill. Everyone was warm and accommodating. Wellness Offerings: Outstanding! The yoga classes on Wednesday and Thursday were world-class, led by an incredible instructor, and the massage therapist is a true expert. Dining & Pool: Beautifully presented, healthy breakfast choices, great dinner variety, and a lovely chill pool atmosphere featuring a great live DJ on Thursday night. Location & Exploration: Perfect base for exploring the local area—make sure to visit the stunning natural pool at Bajamar nearby!
Disliked: For an eco-resort, it would be brilliant to see future investments in visible sustainability features like solar panels, EV charging stations, and water recycling systems. A little more local info on regional geology/ecology and activity recommendations in the rooms would also be a nice touch. Also the fan light didn't work and the room would benefit from USB chargers, but these didn't really detract from a wonderful stay.

Liked: Beautiful place and hotel, relaxing vibe and amazing view. The sound of the ocean and peaceful vibe help to disconnect and enjoy the stay. Staff was also very kind and helpful.
Absolutely beautiful place off the beaten track
Liked: This hotel is in an absolutely beautiful area of Tenerife. The ocean and volcanic rocks below are breathtaking. The grounds are well cared for and there are spots tucked away to sit and take in the beauty that surrounds. The pool is gorgeous! The food at the restaurant (that is oddly not connected directly to the hotel, so not possible to charge food/drinks to the room) had the best food we tasted in our 2 weeks in Europe. The breakfast consisted of an a la carte item AND a small buffet with fresh, buttery, warm croissants and other pastries, yogurt & granola, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, and delicious coffees. They offer vegetarian and vegan options. The drinks were fresh and delicious! The patio off our room was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the sun and get out of the wind (we were there during a short wind/rain storm). AMAZING reiki/meditation massage with Cris. Highly recommend.
Disliked: sometimes we had to search to find someone to serve us, tables still had breakfast crumbs when we went to get afternoon drinks.
It was underwhelming and didnt meet the expectations from the description and advertisment of the hotel
Liked: The breakfast was good, the view from hotel is nice and the design of the hotel is also nice
Disliked: most of the staff didnt speak english and the dinner menu was misleading. In the room there was no air conditioning so it was very humid, all clothes were wet. We were there for a week and the bedsheets werent changed once. For one day we didnt have any electicity in the room, sink and shower didnt have warm water. The iron we received (which was listed as available in room) was burnt which damaged clothes.

Disliked: Restaurant is apart from Hotel, so breakfast is poor, you have some options and that is it, most of them quite simillar
