  Liked: The hosts, lara and Victor were very welcoming, the location is fantastic as its only 15 minutes from autopista, but in the hills,so peaceful, a great place to relax.

  Great house but warm weather essential

  Liked: The owners are really friendly and always helpful. The garden is great, but what you really need is warm weather for this place. We spent a week at the house (beginning of March) and due to rain and cold weahter we were not able to really enjoy our stay. Which is of course no fault of the owners. However, it was really cold inside since the house is heated only for some hours during the day/evening. This is not enough to get the house warm. Especially the bathroom (without heater) is cold and towels do not try.

  Disliked: There is a shooting range nearby and you can hear shots during the whole day. Heating costs and fire wood should be included in the total amount. At least during winter/spring.

  Liked: This is a truly beautiful place created by wonderful and welcoming owners, surrounded by greenery and nature. You can clearly see how much work, care, and passion have been put into every detail of the property. The atmosphere feels almost historical, which makes the stay very special and unique. The value for money is excellent, and the whole experience feels authentic and thoughtfully designed.

  Disliked: Due to the character of the building, the interior is not very bright, there is a slight feeling of humidity, and during our stay it was a bit cold. However, this is closely connected to the unique nature of the place and can actually be seen as part of its charm — it’s a conscious choice for guests who appreciate such an atmosphere. The access to the property is also a bit complicated; it’s better not to rely entirely on navigation, as it led us astray a few times (quite literally into a field!).

  Beautiful retreat surrounded by nature

  Liked: - The owners are very hospitable and welcoming. - Massive house with lots of space (2 bedroom house). - The peace and quiet surrounded by nature is truly relaxing.

  Disliked: - The location can seem hard to reach as there are many steep and narrow roads where you need to drive slowly and carefully watching for incoming traffic. - Visitors are strictly not allowed if not notified before arrival, they need everyone’s ID for check in due to local regulation. - The timings for the paid heating during the winter months is quite limited and only works for a few hours everyday.

Good to know

A maximum of 1 pet per home is accommodated upon request in the One-Bedroom House (La Casa Negrita) and One-Bedroom House (La Cabaña Roja) only and subject to a surcharge.

Please note that the two-bedroom house (Casa Grande) does not accept pets.

In the Two-Bedroom House with Barbecue (Casa Grande), pets are not allowed.

To take into account the winter, autumn and spring months, if the guests wishes, heating is provided in all rooms at an additional cost.

Summer, spring, winter, and autumn fees:

Double bedroom House La Negrita: €5 per day, From 6:00 am to 9:00 am and after 18:00 to 22:00.

One-Bedroom House: €5 EURO per day, From 6:00 am to 9:00 am and after 18:00 to 22:00.

Two-Bedroom House: €10 EURO per day, From 6:00 am to 9:00 am and after 18:00 to 22:00.

The last 400 meters there is a concrete track, adapted for all vehicles
