  Quiet, cozy hilltop apartment away from crowds, perfect for couples who value peace

  Liked: The place is away from the tourist crowds and located fairly high in the hills. It’s perfect for a couple and has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and even treated us to some citrus fruits from her garden. There are a few things worth mentioning, though. If you’re staying in winter, it can be a bit cold inside, but there are a couple of electric heaters available. And, as is common in the countryside, you can hear dogs barking in the neighborhood in the evenings. There’s also a road near the house, so from time to time you might hear louder vehicles passing by. Overall, the apartment is very clean, cozy, and nice. I’d definitely recommend it if you prefer a peaceful place away from nightlife and tourist masses. You won’t hear parties through the walls here. The place is really cute!

  Paradise or fairy tale - I can not decide;) Gracias!!!

  Liked: I enjoyed so much to stay in this cozy house. I really didn't expect to find it so clean and creative! So many thoughtful details... for example clothespins!:))) and a heater breeze (I don't know how to call it), and a real heater, and two extra blankets-plaids, if the weather is cooler... just in case... You can find everything you need here, even a washing machine for your clothes and ironing and cleaning devices..!.. So you can stay here for a longer period of time. It's about 20 min by car from Medano, and I enjoy to drive here, it is absolutely romantic! Of course you need a car, otherwise it would be a bit difficult to stay here. But this is Tenerife, everybody goes by car!:)) It is fascinating to sit in the yard - terrace in the morning, to drink something warm (I love tea) watching the sunrise and talking to the Black Cat (she was so lovely). Thank you so much for the drinks. Unfortunately I don't drink alcohol, but I am very grateful for your attention:)

  Disliked: Personally I like large windows and a lot of light in the room. When you close the doors of this house, there is no much natural light in the space. But actually this is not a problem! I liked my apartment anyway! Oh, also I didn't know how to switch on the induction cooker:) But, as I like to drink tea and warm water, I warmed it up in the microwave:)) So, no problem again, everything was fine!! One thing, which maybe looks stylish to many people, but I wouldn't use it here, the wooden partition... but well, it's not a problem again:))) Oh and the last thing - I love roosters... but this is one was so crazy, he used to start his crowing at 3 am!!!:)))

  Exceptionally good host and a great flat

  Liked: It's a great apartment with a gorgeous view from the window. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location couldn't be better—it's in a small and quiet village. At the top of it, the host is extra-super-friendly, I felt very welcome here. Additionally, the location of the flat is superb for the cyclist.

  Great little apartment but needs some attention to detail

  Liked: The location was good with only one road to access the Casa Mary apartments so it felt quite safe. The apartment had it's own parking spot included. It was very tranquil during the night and in the morning only the wonderful sound of the cockerels in the distance! The beds were very comfortable so we had a good night's sleep... The apartment was very clean and tidy!

  Disliked: Only some very small details that could make the stay even more enjoyable in future. The bathroom basin and kitchen sink did not have any plugs, and no bowl for the kitchen sink, so water was wasted when washing or cleaning the dishes. Also the bathroom basin tap was very difficult to adjust [sticking]. The bedroom windows only have very basic paper 'blinds' so they were flapping in the wind. There could be a cupboard to keep the brush, mop, bucket and other materials rather than have them in the corner of the kitchen. In the shower, it needs a place to put shower gel and shampoo etc.
