Exceptional
Two nights in to our six-night stay, we found alternative accommodation and left
Liked: The view from the apartment was lovely. Quiet location. A nice walk down to the sea along the cliff tops.
Disliked: The bedroom had a weird fusty smell which woke us up regularly each night. One of the two gas rings in the kitchen didn't work which made cooking difficult. The sofa was grubby and not particularly comfortable.
Liked: Host had bread, cheese, juice, milk and a large bowl of fruit stocked for arrival. Pool was lovely.
Disliked: Access road and parking spaces were very narrow.

Liked: View, calm, quiet, helpful staff.

Liked: Mr. Victor and the owner were friendly and helped with everything, but the woman who also managed it immediately set us up for complete negativity!!! We had very negative feelings from her!!!
Disliked: We went there for 10 days, but couldn't stand it and left after 9 days to another place. I really didn't like that the ad was supposed to have a washing machine, but it wasn't, although it's included in the price of the apartment!! They said that for an additional 4 euros they would give us a washing machine, which is very bad, in the city you can wash clothes for 3 euros!!! Also in the kitchen, as shown in the ad, there was supposed to be an oven for baking under the hob, but it's not there!!! Poor lighting in the rooms and above the hob. The filling tank in the toilet always broke, and the door in the shower doesn't close well, a lot of water leaks onto the floor. Very bad driveway for cars, when an oncoming car is driving, you have to drive quite far back to get out by car - this is not indicated in the ad!! In the morning a dog runs out and barks loudly, it's impossible to sleep longer!!! Why do guests from the next room always walk past us, because they have a separate entrance, and my mother, who slept on the street, always felt uncomfortable because of this... When after a few days of staying we asked to change the linen, we were initially refused, told that this is not a hotel, but then the linen was changed anyway!!! And most importantly, they turn off the hot water, and after the beach it is impossible to wash, there was only enough hot water for one person, and there were four of us. We arrive late at night, call and complain to the owner about this! I hope that our comments about this apartment will be taken into account, and others who come to rest after us will not experience such inconveniences as we did... After all, we pay a lot of money for rest, and everyone who pays wants to get decent living conditions!!!

Liked: Beautiful location and close to La Orotava, which is a charming town. Great sunsets and views of El Teide.
Disliked: A bit tricky to find first time and a potholed road with limited parking outside but well worth it.
