Exceptional
A wonderful and peaceful stay with stunning views that exceeded our expectations
Liked: Our stay at the villa was truly amazing and even exceeded our expectations. José, the host, was incredibly welcoming, friendly and patient with all our questions. He met us on arrival and showed us around the property. This is a wonderful place if you are looking for peace, quiet and privacy. One thing worth knowing is that the property consists of two villas, so the outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the other villa. However, this did not bother us at all and never affected our privacy. The grounds are spacious, with plenty of areas to relax, a BBQ area, games facilities, as well as a swimming pool and jacuzzi shared between the two villas. As the villa is located in the mountains, the weather and temperature can change quite quickly, so I would definitely recommend bringing some warmer clothes. The pool temperature was around 22–24°C, which was absolutely comfortable when it was sunny, but felt a little cool on cloudy days. Unfortunately, because of the weather, we were only able to fully enjoy the pool for one day. The villa itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the views from the windows are simply incredible. The peace and silence while having your morning coffee is something very special. The most important thing to know is that you really need a car to stay here. If you are renting one, I would recommend choosing a more powerful car with a good engine, as the mountain roads have some very steep sections. Also, do not rely entirely on your sat-nav for the final part of the journey. It may direct you onto a road that is not suitable for a normal car. Make sure you follow José’s directions and the route he provides. We actually got lost on our first arrival because the navigation took us the wrong way. José came to find us and even drove our car up to the villa himself, which we really appreciated! The villa is quite far from shops, restaurants and entertainment, so this is definitely a place for people looking for tranqui

Exactly the kind of accommodation we wanted
Liked: No crowds, quiet place, Canarian style facilities, swimming pool, grill.
Liked: Beautiful, quiet location with a heated pool and fabulous garden. Immediately felt like home. Kind and helpful host.
Disliked: Secluded (could be a bonus though!), so a car is a must! No shops and restaurants in close/walking distance.
Beautiful traditional Canarian house
Liked: Beautiful traditional Canarian house. Clean and well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Quiet area. In the garden there is a swimming pool, benches, sun loungers and barbecue facilities, table football and other entertainment. Parking. The owner is nice and treated us to his own wine and chocolates. A great place to relax.

Liked: It is a geat location high up in the hills with great views looking dowm onto the coast. It has very quiet surroundings, meaning you can rest peacefully. However, that does mean the need for a hire car tp reach it and to travel from the premises. It was really well equipped, so not limited as to what can be cooked. There's no oven in the kitchen, although there is a large bbq area outside. The large outside has several facilities, including an outside kitchem snd loo,. Fridge freezer worked well. Didn't try microwave. The host was most helpful and very haply to show is around inccluding the pool and bbq areas. Overall it's spacious and clean with great facilities and views, plus an area to park your car.....a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: Slight draw backs, and there were very few, the design of the shower curtain rail often meant reaching out for the mop and bucket after a shower.. A bit of a nuisance. Couldn't get the TV tp work with its cable box - probably me. Also, amd obviously only the first time of arriving, finding it was a bit tricky. Dint believe everything a sat nav tells you 😆
