Liked: The breakfast was ok, the staff were friendly. The bathroom was out dated and not very clean at all. Thete were often ants crawing around. The corridor smelt terrible
Disliked: bathroom was out dated and not very clean at all. There were often ants crawing around. The corridor smelt terrible like damp and their lifts needs to be serviced as I tripped going in and out of them so many times as the threshold was not all tje same level.

Liked: The location is excellent! Food was good and staff were lovely. Beds are very comfortable and there was a good selection of activities and entertainments.
Disliked: The hotel was a little dated, although clean. The cocktails were watery and not great. Really not big issues though.
