Fabulous
Liked: The cat came to see us every day, she enjoyed to sleep on the couch. We only gave her water to drink, she was asking for food all the time. The views in the morning are so nice up there
Disliked: The pool was cold and for some reason I was thinking, that there was a sauna, but no sauna there. You can book a massage and go to the pool. You definitely need a car, we were driving around a lot, so there was no time to actually chill up there and enjoy the place more. (Only 4 days) There was also a cockroach in the kitchen, we never found it again, it went under the refrigerator

Lush garden and peaceful atmosphere
Liked: Traditional cottage style apartment in beautiful surroundings. Cool with lovely ocean views, just like advertised on website. We had a couple of issues at first but they were solved as fast as lightning. Staff polite and helpful. Great for touring but you’ll need a car.
Disliked: It was a little tricky to cook and wash the dishes due to the kitchen being small. But, who goes on holiday to cook a six course meal anyway? It was fine for breakfasts and making light food.
Relaxing, very comfortable and pleasant
Liked: Quiet, quaint Canarian style - nice change from all the modern hotels.
Disliked: Was very isolated and literally nothing nearby - no shops, restaurants or bars. Nothing.
Bad. Extremely bad
Disliked: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I booked five nights at this property, but after driving there on the first day I discovered that the access road was extremely steep, narrow, and difficult to drive. The listing did not adequately reflect how challenging the location is, especially for travelers using rental cars or those unfamiliar with mountain roads. I contacted the host immediately to explain the situation and hoped to discuss a possible solution. However, instead of actively communicating, the host simply ignored my messages and waited until the 24-hour response window expired, leaving me with no opportunity to resolve the issue. This passive and unhelpful communication made an already stressful situation even worse. The lack of responsiveness and customer service was extremely frustrating. There was no willingness to engage, provide assistance, or even have a conversation about the problem. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had on Booking. Poor communication, misleading expectations about the location, and a complete lack of customer care. I would strongly recommend future guests think twice before booking this property.
