  Nice stay but price-quality wasn't really there

  Liked: - The host, Klaus, welcomed us very friendly and did a good job hosting. - We could check-in early. - The welcome gifts were a nice touch - The sauna was nice and of good quality - It was quiet and guests respected each others privacy - We could use the laundry room free of charge which was a nice extra

  Disliked: - We think that the property has come a bit of age. Based on the pictures we thought the property and ammeneties would be of a higher/better quality or at least to a newer standard. In our opinion the price was a bit too high therefore. We think that the price should be lowered accordingly or the place renovated. That's pretty much where the 7/10 rating comes from for us. We are actually a bit surprised by the high ratings on booking. - Another thing to highlight is the shower water: It is very slimy. They had to adjust the water filter system due to clogged pipes. Until the end of our stay we never really got used to it and it made showering a bit nasty for us to be honest. - That's really an extra and doesn't influence our rating but an outdoor pool would be cool, especially with views like that. It seemed like there would be great places for it on the property. Maybe something to consider.:)

  Great and quiet place to rest in the most beautiful coast of Tenerife

  Liked: The view was amazing, the bathroom is perfect for cocooning, big and clean room with an amazing view on Teide mount. Terrace is perfect to have a drink at the sunset. The garden and the pool are beautiful

  Disliked: Nothing in particular Maybe bed and mattress could be renewed.

  Calm and peaceful piece of heaven

  Liked: Klaus was unable to meet us but left us detailed instructions to access the location. He had also left fresh bread, cheese and meat for us and fresh flowers. The location and view are spectacular - only downside is that you need a car to get there and it's quite out of the way. The apartment was spotless and the facilities fantastic. Everything you needed was there to stay put if you have your food shopping done.

  Disliked: The only downside was we had problems with the electricity which Klaus apologised for but it was to do with external factors that he could not control.

  Discovering Tenerife

  Liked: We like everything: location, view, pool, sauna. Location is perfect- you can see ocean, Puerto de la Cruz, stars at night. You can relax in the sauna, swim in the pool and swing in the hammock. We spent 15 hours getting to Tenerife, were tired and really appreciate a bottle of wine, cheese, ham...Klaus left for us. Apartment was clean, kitchen is fully equipped, restaurant 3 minutes walk away was excellent. We rested and relaxed ( that was the goal).

The rooms are spacious and bathed in light, every detail refined, and the cleanliness impeccable, creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. 🚗 Amenities – Convenient private parking right next to the villa. – Smooth, contactless check-in — no fuss, no waiting. – The grounds are expansive and lush, with breathtaking sunsets you’ll want to enjoy every evening. 🌳 Relaxation & View Areas – Two exits lead to the outdoor area with sun loungers, a hammock, and tables — perfect for your morning coffee. – A third exit from the bathroom leads you directly to the covered sauna and pool, then on to a koi pond and a charming waterside nook — a serene spot for afternoon tea. – Upstairs on the rooftop, another set of loungers and a table offer stunning views. 🏊‍♂️ Pool and Sauna – The pool is simply dreamy: cool and refreshing in the morning, revitalizing by day, and spacious enough for leisurely swimming. – The sauna became our favorite evening ritual — always clean, fragrant, with a separate shower and toilet — a truly luxurious end to a busy day. 🍳 Kitchen and Bedroom – The kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable living. – The bedroom was ideal for rest: we fell asleep to the gentle sound of the pond and woke to fresh, pure air. – The location is excellent — close to town, in a cool, shaded northern area, surrounded by green landscapes and a mild, refreshing climate. 🙏 Your Hospitality Klaus, a heartfelt thank you! From our first moments, your genuine care shone through: – You were always available to help with any small detail. – You arranged an amazing whale-watching yacht trip for just four people — truly exclusive compared to the usual ten. – Even with our limited English, your warm humor and patience meant so much.
