Disliked: I didn't like the having to ring the telephone number 7 times and having the operator saying the number does not exist. The phone number on the website. Did not work.
Great accommodation, friendly and helpful staff
Liked: The location is great to the centre and any events being held
Disliked: I was disappointed that the coffee and milk was not replenished for our stay.. unfortunately I don’t like black coffee
Liked: Incredibly helpful staff, our first room 1002 was a considerable distance for my husband, recovering from a hip replacement to walk. The staff moved us to room 209 with no fuss. Beds very comfortable and room very clean
Disliked: Could have done with a better selection of ingredients to make drinks in the room.

Liked: Clean and spacious room. Helpful staff. Parking 15€ per day. 20min walking from the center of Santa Cruz.
Disliked: There was a bathtub and no toilet brush.
