“The whole trip was stressful because of one employee.”
Liked: There was very clean hotel
Disliked: On October 28, while my family and I were sitting together and having a conversation, the receptionist and security staff suddenly approached us at the same time in a very aggressive and intimidating manner. They firmly ordered us to return to our room immediately. First of all, we had done absolutely nothing wrong. We were simply sitting together, talking about our plans for the following day. If there was an issue with us sitting in that area, the receptionist could have approached us politely and respectfully first, instead of calling security and humiliating us in front of my family. If we had refused to cooperate, then calling security might have been understandable. However, there was absolutely no need to handle the situation in such an aggressive and disrespectful way from the very beginning. The receptionist, Andrea, even threatened us by saying, “Don’t behave like this, or I’ll call the police. They’ll be here in two minutes.” She made us feel as though we had committed a serious crime simply by sitting on the sofas. What exactly had we done wrong? Why are there sofas in that area if guests are not allowed to sit there and talk? One of our friends was tired and had briefly stretched out to rest while waiting for us. Instead of addressing the situation politely, she bluntly said, “This is not a place to sleep. Get up immediately.” Is customer satisfaction no longer a priority at this hotel? Is this how guests should be treated? Afterwards, our friend tried to calm the situation down and explain that we had not done anything wrong. However, rather than listening to the explanation, Andrea responded by saying that she knew our friend’s room number and name and would report them immediately. The security staff member was equally aggressive. He approached us in an intimidating manner and threatened to call the police, saying they would arrive within two minutes. He even shouted, “You will spend tonight dealing with the police instead of in your room!

Liked: Good pool area, Nice spacious rooms with comfy beds, Taxi rank right outside the hotel so easy enough to get around but just costs a lot over the course of a week
Disliked: Location is poor, no shops or supermarkets nearby and the hotel makes you pay by card if you want anything from the bar, they do have an on site shop but it’s airport prices so you just get ripped off Staff are rude and unhelpful,if you have any problems during your stay you are on your own, also sent my partner away from the restaurant because her bag was too large and made her miss her breakfast one morning (pathetic rule) also wanted 2euro for a cup of ICE Every morning at breakfast there was no cutlery, clean glasses or cups, breakfast is also supposed to be served until 10:30 yet they packing it all away by quarter past and and there’s hardly anything left

Disliked: Location, staff was rude and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there
Nice place to stay
Liked: It has all kind of amenities and the area is very quiet. Staff were nice. The room was very spacious. There are lots of e-bikes and scooters outside.
Disliked: The rooms are very outdated and need a bit of maintenance
