Fabulous
V expensive. 4th time we have been but the food was worse and awful. Staff were amazing
Liked: Hotel is v comfortable and staff fantastic
Disliked: Food was awful, no sun loungers available after 8am, and no access to the restaurants
It is a decent hotel for a 4-star property, but the level of service does not meet 5-star standards. The price does not
Liked: I appreciated some members of the staff who took their responsibilities seriously and carried out their duties conscientiously. Adolfo, Larissa, Barbara, gays from the pool, for example, was one of them. I really enjoyed the variety of food at the buffet restaurant, which made up for many of the inconveniences. When the pool heating was finally switched on during the last three days of our stay, we particularly enjoyed the Saturday pool party.
Disliked: What I did not like was that we were initially checked into a room with an absolutely terrible smell — it was genuinely unbearable. We were then moved to another room, but unfortunately, there were ants there, coming out from behind the headboard of the bed. The housekeeping service was very careless. They threw away items I needed, including parts of my toothbrush. Sometimes they left dirty cleaning cloths behind, sometimes they left all the cups in the room dirty, and on other occasions, they entered the room even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was hanging on the door. The hotel itself is beautiful, and most of the staff genuinely try their best. However, the overall quality does not justify the price. Every morning, glass bottles were being thrown away outside our window, waking us up far too early. In the evenings, people played padel right outside, making it very difficult to get our child to sleep. The food in the à la carte restaurants was very mediocre overall. The Pangaea restaurant (I may not remember the name correctly) was the only one that really stood out and made up for the shortcomings of the others.
The his was our third visit and we enjoyed our stay. A few things need to change or upgraded as well as better communica
Liked: Clean and tidy. Lovely landscaping. Amazing infinity pool. Great location
Disliked: Rooms are a little dated. Large scale repair works going on, completely shutting off the oasis restaurant, the main outside bar next to oasis and the ice cream shack. This should have been made known to the visiting guests before works started. There was also a large wedding which closed down the Italian restaurant and the sunset area, one of the main plus points of the hotel. There should be a separate area for wedding parties that doesn’t interfere with other guests.
Liked: Great hotel! It is very close to the beach and the food is perfect. Daily activities were interesting, we did yoga/pilates every morning.
Disliked: Some staff don't speak english at all, but we managed
Beautiful. Will be coming again!
Liked: It was so beautiful, pictures / videos don’t do the place any justice. We loved everything especially the warm kids pool
Disliked: Just the communication on arrival. Oasis bar was closed and that was one of the main locations which meant no ice cream during the day for my daughter.
Liked: This was one of the best hotels where I ever stayed at. Amazing service, clean saltwater pools, comfortable sunbeds, and delicious restaurants. We got an amazing suite for our stay, with a balcony overlooking the sea, a huge bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathtub. Also when we arrived and on the day of checkout we received a champagne and fruits as a welcome gift, it was super nice! The restaurant has a changing menu every night, also they can fry your fish or meat in front of you, which was extremely delicious. Thank you for this amazing vacation, I would love to come back!
Disliked: - No internet on TV! It wasn't possible to watch YouTube or Netflix. Only Spanish TV. - Not adults only, splashes and crying in the swimming pool - Dirty staircase, but the hotel is huge, so it was probably difficult to maintain cleaning everywhere
