Fabulous
Kids loved Shelby
Liked: We stayed for a week and had a really enjoyable holiday. The hotel was very well looked after and clean. Our room, 116, was good, and the housemaid did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout our stay. In general, all the staff were really nice, friendly and always happy to help and serve you, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed the food, and there was plenty of choice. The hotel was very busy, but it was during the school holidays, so this was understandable. Whenever there was a queue, it was only for a short time and never really caused an issue. The highlight for our children, aged 4 and 5, was definitely the entertainment. Shelby was fantastic and really made their holiday. They loved getting involved in all of her activities and were always excited to see what was happening next. I also used the gym a few times during our stay. It had decent enough equipment to get through a good workout, including weights and a cable machine, so I was happy with it. There were only a couple of small things we didn’t like. Having to reserve a sunbed was a little frustrating, and the bed in our room was very noisy. Even just rolling over during the night would make enough noise to wake you up! Overall, we had a lovely week and would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for families with young children.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Rooms were nice, facilities were good. Good food. Staff very helpful and never had to wait long for a taxi.
Disliked: Food was good but only had buffet as an option (which we knew beforehand). Another restaurant on site with table service would have been a nice option, even if there was a surcharge for it.
Liked: We enjoyed everything about this hotel. Rooney lay out is great for travelling with teenagers, food was lovely. Drinks lovely, close to airport staff all very friendly

Liked: Beautiful hotel grounds with a thoughtfully designed relaxation area.
Disliked: The suite was spacious, but the overall standard fell short of what I would expect from a four-star hotel. There were several maintenance issues, including a cracked sink, damaged door trim and a non-working TV. The two-floor family suite had only one wardrobe, and the high ceilings created significant echo and noise. Basic bathroom toiletries were not provided, and the soap dispenser was empty. Housekeeping was also poor, particularly in the kitchenette, where used cups and the hob were left uncleaned, and towels were not replaced. Too many small details were overlooked.

Liked: We had booked a weeks holiday through jet2 hotel was dirty and dangerous I have took photos as evidence On departure of the day we ask for an extention for told hotel was full I had a sick child along with myself not being well either and they were just no interested just another number to them In the end I had to pay for a room just for a few hours through yourself to make my son comfortable till we got picked up for air port will not recommend
