Good
A lovely stay with very helpful staff and good food
Liked: Large expansive ares, plenty sun beds and good food
Disliked: Some areas looked a little ‘tired’ and could benefit from a refurbishment.
Liked: Large room, all inclusive was great value, staff were helpful and friendly, would definitely go again
Disliked: N/A
Ok severed it’s purpose
Liked: Room beds need attention ie no wheels on beds.bathroom cigarette burns needs updating.hotel needs some attention
Disliked: Hotel needs needs updating
Very bad. Never don’t come back
Liked: Can’t say nothing good.
Disliked: This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in years. The service is poor, the staff are unfriendly, and the food is disgusting. At the reception desk, different employees would quote different rules, as if they didn't know the proper procedures themselves. The internet connection is weak. Cockroaches are crawling all over the hotel, even in the restaurant. There is no entertainment for children, and the playground is dirty. It is unclear how this hotel earned a 5-star rating.
Liked: With all inclusive magma we could do anything we wanted, felt real vip
Disliked: We were out of season, don't know how busy it could get
Great value for money
Liked: Clean, tidy and good for everyone.
Disliked: Couldn’t understand why the kitchen area was not open in our room when we was all inclusive. Also some outdoor entertainment in the evening would be better than having to sit inside.
