Exceptional
The place to go for family holidays
Liked: The staff, the food and the facilities. Oh and the child-friendliness is exceptional!!
Disliked: Having to cue before meals is sometimes uncomfortable. The reservation system is not yet figured out, there is definitely room to improve. This is only a minor issue and does not change the overall positive experience. Entrance fee to the spa is odd.
Liked: Breakfast was superb and rooms were very comfy.
Disliked: No drinks included at dinner. Had to purchase them.

Disliked: Foods and selection are good but dinner can reduce options and put better quality for small choices if can. Ideally tissue is provided in room
Liked: People, animators, réception, clearing staff, and hotel résidents were really helpful.
A delightful 5 nights of access to Tenerife but with the hotel far enough to provide peace on the coast. Wonderful stay!
