Fabulous
Good Hotel with very poor service
Liked: Amazing location Nice Pool
Disliked: Reception was unfriendly - there was parking issue and the receptionist left mid conversation without resolving the issue Food was okay at best Hotel is not well maintained All inklusive drinks are poor quality and all booze is watered down a lot

Liked: The staff paula On entertainment and helena on reception and the vibe adults only
Disliked: Entertainment cut off at 11pm
We enjoyed our stay
Liked: Magic bracelet that opens doors, safe box; pays for drinks or whatever else in the hotel. VERY practical. GREAT food at buffet and the servers were absolute top notch. The hotel offers the choice between all inclusive (for serious drinkers) and half-board (for people like us) Modern bathroom with bidet Air conditioner super silent maintaining a nice temperature. Three great pools- for each taste: one for those who like to drink in the pool, one for those who like to swim or enjoy the pool, one for those who wish to swim lengths. Easy access to the beach Receptionists and staff in rooms ( Ana Maria) very professional and helpful. The lady from the towel office ( Laura) not only fluent in at least 3 languages but one can have an intellectual conversation with her ( e.g. Italian poetry ) We were not bothered by smokers - who had their designated areas. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous view from balcony.
Disliked: Some evenings super loud entertainment at hotel and neighbouring bars till late at night ( at hotel stops around 11, neighbouring bars have a mind of their own ) One cannot read a book or sleep before 11 pm or even later. Soundproof windows should be a MUST. The door to the balcony opens and closes with GREAT difficulty from inside. From outside, it CANNOT be opened!!!( if you are on the balcony and the door closes you are in BIG trouble. ) Entertainment was modest (one exception: a couple of amazing acrobats.) We found the MC/head of entertainment on the obnoxious side - but, hey, this is a matter of taste (other people liked him). We stayed out of his way and we were fine.
Liked: The room was very comfortable, there are plenty of pools to choose from and different vibes as well, quiet and also more upbeat areas, plenty of sun in any of the pools and plenty of hamacas as well. Overall the experience in this hotel was nice, there are a few points to improve for me to decide to come back I'm afraid.
Disliked: Check-in was 2 hours late in one of our rooms but we were pushed to check out so we decided not to spend the day at the hotel. There are plenty of option to have dinner/Lunch/Breakfast but the quality of the food and the menus can be improved. Dinner needs to be booked but no one checks at the door, the hotel can save the guest time by just asking at the check in the preferred Dinner time. Parking is not easy.
Liked: Excellent staff, we were greeted by reception staff with drinks and courtesy package, great location. Amazing balcony views, recommend the sea view obviously. Can't fault it. Breakfasts are amazing. Right next to Siam Park too.
