Liked: It was very clean, great location and comfortable.
Disliked: The photos were slightly misleading of the pool facilities. And there was a cleaning lady who let herself into our room regardless of what was on the door desperate for a tip I believe but otherwise the place was pleasant and the staff were friendly.
Relaxing holiday in H10 Las Palmeras with a vibrant local nightlife and plenty of shops
Liked: They were able to cater for my dietary requirements. The Guest Relations team and restaurant staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Lots of deposits for everything. Having to pay for tennis was unexpected. The weather was luckily quite favorable as otherwise i would have found the pools too cold. It would be great to have a truly heated pool.

Disliked: Lack of facilities for smokers wanting a drink. We would have spent much more money in the hotel if an area had been available.
