Never happened did it
Liked: Neon didn't answer the phone when I arrived in Tenerife. So I never stayed at the hotel so I'm going to ask for a total refund as I have been let down. I had to make other arrangements and I'm staying for the duration of my break in Tenerife.

Liked: Facilities clean friendly staff good rate
Liked: Perfect place to stay if you have a late/early flight, it's easily accessible with a bus, also at night. The guys at the reception are awesome, they had no problem with my delayed flight, I could check in late, also, they respond pretty quickly to any message on WhatsApp.
Liked: Very affordable and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were quite hard. It's located in a small town with little services, so not for anyone looking for diverse to-do.
