Good
Very happy with our stay
Liked: We stayed one night before leaving to the south. The staff were welcoming and polite, everything very clean and the beds comfy. We had brekfast, also everythig good. We parked at a public garage some 150m from the hotel, paid 16€ for 24 h. Since it is in the city center, we were not able to find parking on the street. I would recommedn staying here and would come again. Just a note that I am a demanding traveler, but a smile at the reception and cleanliness are things that can always make up for other minor shortcomings.

I regularly stay in this hotel when I visit Santa Cruz, never had any negative experiences
Liked: The Location is excellent, the staff are good, the room was quiet and clean, the lady behind the counter organised an early morning call and arranged a taxi pick up for me, I didn’t have the breakfast because I had an early start
Disliked: Being from the UK, I would like tea / coffee making option in the room, also in reception a weighing scales to weigh the luggage, everything else very good
Liked: Perfect location (a little bit loud).
Disliked: No internet or staff that is able to solve the problem.
Liked: The room was very quiet and the hotel location was good.
Disliked: The repeated requests for online check-in despite having emailed them to say we were unable to do this.
