Would stay there again
Liked: Handy for cafes, restaurants, the charming square, the harbour, bus station. Rooftop pool area very nice, great views. Very helpful staff.
Liked: Everything, comfy beds,lovely room, loved the roof top swimming pools and bar,so much choice for breakfast.
Would love to visit again
Liked: My room size, bathroom cleaned thoroughly everyday - sometime my coffee wasn't replaced but I would call and as soon as staff were on duty it was replaced
Disliked: You need a few more treadmills in the gym

A weeks stay at Af Hotel Valle Orotava
Liked: We had a very pleasant stay. This is a well run hotel with very competent staff. Rooms cleaned daily and the breakfast was good buffet style, Although there was complementary tea/coffee surprisingly there was no bottled water on arrival, only that which was available through the minibar. Providing bottled water I think this gesture would add to the experience not detract from it as is the situation presently. Saying that we would return.
B&B at this Hotel
Liked: Just spent 14 days at this hotel B&B very good stay Hotel was clean, the rooms cleaned daily if required, food was very good and plenty of selection, pool and outside area very good, situated near the town some steep hills to be aware of but not difficult, all the staff were excellent especially Jose on reception good and informative.
