Exceptional
Disliked: Everything was fantastic! I just have two minor suggestions: Sauna & Hot Tub: Please consider dedicated time slots for guests. We requested 8:00 PM in advance assuming it was a reservation, but found it occupied upon arrival. Guest Communication: When reporting a minor water issue, the receptionist said she’d call a technician, but didn't offer any follow-up info. Providing an estimated resolution time or checking back with us would make a big difference in customer service.

Liked: Hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious and clean, with a huge terrace. The grounds were beautiful - we really enjoyed the comfy sun loungers, jacuzzis and sauna. Breakfast was varied. The staff were all wonderful. Overall, a fantastic stay. We just wish we'd stayed another night!
Liked: Way better than the pictures, rooms were beautiful, staff brilliant, even had cool tubs perfect for a dip when sunbathing and even a new indoor gym!

Great little hotel in the heart of Vilaflor
Liked: We’ve stayed here about two years ago when it just opened, everything was great but you could see areas for improvements. Well, now two years later they’ve exceeded our expectations!!! The main thing is breakfast, it’s simple but there’s everything you need including two vegan milk options (last time I had to ask for it in advance since I’m vegetarian); you can tell when people work constantly to improve it or just wanna take your money. This hotel I’m happy to come back to and highly recommend to everyone looking for quiet disconnection and beautiful natural environment. Best for couples / when travelling alone. Staff super nice and attentive.
