Good
Great location for the ferry access and town
Good value for the money, location great, basic facilities, would stay again
Liked: The location, it was basic but clean and good value for money
Disliked: The beds were rather firm
Fine hotel for an one nighter!
Liked: Staff were excellent. Very accommodating allowing us to check in early and were always on hand to help. Polite manner around all staff we encountered.
Disliked: We booked three twin rooms. Two were fine, clean and no complaints at all. Room I stayed in personally however stunk of cigarette smoke. Spoke to the cleaner and she was as helpful as she could be but there was no getting rid of the smell and I couldn’t move rooms as hotel was full. Air con in that room wasn’t fully functioning either so I wouldn’t recommend staying in room 301. Can’t stress enough though this was nothing to do with the staff who were great.
The staff were very helpful and there’s wee shop next door for food if you’re arriving late
Liked: Needed somewhere I could check in before going north in case my arrival flight was delayed ( which it was )
Disliked: It’s an old building that’s a bit tired but no complaints
Perfect stopover hotel
Liked: Perfect location for a stop over before taking Ferry to La Gomera, Reception open late so we could book in with ease at 9pm
Overall good and convenient
Liked: Great location to the promenade with all restaurants, bars, ferry and beach. Easy check-in, friendly staff, comfy beds. A/C perfectly working.
Disliked: There was still hair in the shower and the bathroom floor.
