Exceptional
Liked: The stuff is quite helpful.They did arrange the earlier check in when I asked about it by phone.
Disliked: The location is not very convenient to access all the amenities, but the neighbourhood is quite nice. There was a cockroach once in the room

Liked: I liked the room! It was spacious, modern, and very comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t like the breakfast. The selection was very limited, and all the vegetables looked wilted and stale.
Wonderful 2 weeks in Santa Cruz!
Liked: Very comfortable bed. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Great selection for breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. Large bathroom and roomy balcony.
Disliked: The location was a little too far for us from the town centre.
Great location & facilities staff rude
Liked: Good location, really nice property, nice food
Disliked: Man at reception at check in was really rude and the lady at the bar also rude. The man who worked breakfast and served lunch on our first night was super friendly and helpful with recommendations same with the gentleman who served us in the bar on the first night. The lady at reception when asked for more pillows acted like we asked for a kidney then proceeded to take 40 minutes to get them delivered and needed to call twice
Beautiful accommodation next to town centre
Liked: Just like on the pictures: really nice and comfortable room with beautiful view over the swimming pool. 10min walk from City centre. Really relaxing.
Disliked: Located next to a main road. There is double-glazing so it is not too much of a problem.
