Good
Really good price for this hotel and very nice stuff
Liked: I really liked the location and the prize, stuff was very nice. I have no bad word to say about how clean it was. Our room was very comfortable, and it was not too much loud outside of it. Breakfast was good, but its the same every day, and it could be a little bit different, but with that in minde, we ate everyday and didnt have any issues with it
Liked: We have been to this hotel a few times and it was nice that when we arrived the staff asked this question. Then they found us in the system so no lengthy book in process. We arrived before our room was ready but they let us leave our bags till a little later
Disliked: We were put on the 1st floor which wasn't a problem untill the next morning when breakfast was being prepared. If you don't mind being woke up at 6.30ish every morning then that's not a problem. If we go back again I will be asking for a different room
Overall a good experience
Liked: The staff has been exceptional and the location was near a lot of restaurants.
Disliked: Rooms in the basement were terrible.
Liked: The convienience of the hotel to everywhere, bus station,restaurants beach and shops.
Disliked: The meals need to improve. They have a bar which is not used and it would be lovely to sit and chill in the evenings with a drink and socialize.
Pleasant Centrally located Hotel
Liked: Mixed review on this hotel. Positives- very well located, central to old town, bus station and liked that. Reception staff mainly very pleasant and the room and restaurant staff too. The superior room did have a small balcony overlooking reasonably quiet street and Teide in the distance. Room adequate with perhaps a little drab furniture. The sliding door was difficult to open onto the balcony. Also fan was inadequate, so room very hot More negative comments... stairs to get to lift. Main lounge bar not functioning which is a pity as they had a nice lounge area. And finally to the food. Value to price paid was fair as it was a reasonable deal. I found breakfast as ate later, that hot food was cold so doubtful about it although you could use the small microwave if you could fit plate in it. The selection was adequate overall with hot and cold items in place. The evening meal was still cold if you arrived early or not, it didn't look very appetising to be honest so I was very picky to what I ate. It is served in a pleasant dining room and little terrace area. I suppose I could say think value for money it was adequate and even good value, but although I do eat well usually, I felt I had to pick and choose carefully, especially for the evening. The serving of drinks and clearing plates etc was very efficient. The Gazpacho soup was good. I would consider staying here again perhaps in a cooler time period as overall it has good staff and facilities, slightly underused. Although needs some modernisation.
Lovely little budget hotel
Liked: Read a few bad reviews of this hotel after booking and prior to going so got a bit worried but there was no need to be as it was fine. Yes the rooms are a bit dated and basic but overall ok ours was a non balcony room with the window just facing the inner walls of the hotel but no problem as we didn’t plan on looking through the window for a week. The room had a modern smart TV with YouTube Netflix etc. Everything functioned in the bathroom as it should.The rooms were cleaned daily apart from Sunday. The meals were fine with a decent selection of food both hot and cold ( salads etc), dining room itself was lovely. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Two level veranda at the top of the hotel with a small pool to cool off. If you want a nice small budget hotel in a great place to base your holiday from I highly recommend.
