Exceptional
Exotic vibes in this tropical garden and architecture
Liked: Fabulous architecture and setting. Absolutely loved the garden which is so well maintained, congratulations! Also loved the breakfast terrace with the buffet, it was well attended by the staff who were bringing the delicious coffee pot.
Disliked: Only downside is the fact that the Seaview is reserved to the exclusive club. Also difficult to find a sun deck chair if you come in the afternoon, all chairs have a towel on it even though no-one is using them. It feels like a better policy could be implemented to avoid people securing their chairs out of fear of not finding one?
Premium relaxing wonderful stay!
Liked: Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. So friendly and professional at all times. Lovely pool, amazing gym, great food at both breakfast and dinner, and a fantastic room vith sea view. A premium experience in all ways, we could not have had a better stay.
Excellent and relaxing
Liked: Brilliant location and really nice pool and atmosphere. Delicious selection of buffet breakfast
Disliked: First night we were woken by construction in room above that was the only thing I was not happy about but we asked for a room change and they kindly accommodated us which was great!
An amazing family holiday we’ll remember for a long time
Liked: An incredibly beautiful and stylish hotel. The food was delicious and varied, and the staff were very friendly. The grounds were stunning, with flowers, palm trees, and lush greenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and this holiday will stay in our memories for a long time.
Disliked: One suggestion would be to provide complimentary drinking water in the rooms and at dinner. I feel this should be included at a hotel of this standard, especially in the rooms. It’s a small detail, but one that guests would appreciate. The hotel is also starting to show its age a little. The doors in the public toilets and our room’s bathroom could do with replacing. However, this did not detract from our stay at all.
Liked: Everything was amazing! Breakfast, staff, rooms, pools, location, all top notch. Breakfast pancakes are addictive I swear.
Disliked: Hotel is built a bit like a maze and one would expect a complimentary water bootle in room on arrival perhaps?
