  Liked: Great location (very central, close to the local mini harbor), very clean and well equipped (it had everything we needed) - made it all a super comfortable stay. The solarium (spacious terrace) was a cherry on the top.

  Disliked: The sound of the main road (it doesn’t look big, but is surprisingly busy) is quite noticeable, especially if you like sleeping with an open window.

  Beautiful brand new and spotless apartment

  Clean, modern, comfortable property with a great host!

  Liked: Very clean, modern and comfortable accommodation in an attractive smaller resort with nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Communication with our host was excellent and our questions were answered quickly.

  Disliked: There was nothing to dislike. We wanted to stay in the centre of a small resort so did not miss facilities such as pool or bar that a Kroger complex would have.

  Because of the cleanliness and comfort, we would choose these apartments again

  Liked: I am very satisfied with the team’s communication — they are very caring and friendly. The apartment impressed us with its cleanliness and the fact that it has everything needed even for a longer stay (washing machine, various dishes, pans, hair dryer, etc.). We are very happy with our choice.

  Disliked: The ground-floor apartment has a small balcony facing a busy street, so it’s not ideal for enjoying the view or fresh air. It was also difficult to find parking near the apartment, but this was mainly inconvenient because we were traveling with small children.

  Loved it

  Liked: Apartment was lovely, modern clean and spacious, we did not use the balcony much as it was situated into the street and very close to a busy main road. But we stayed at the apartment usually only in the morning and late evening time as we were exploring Alcala and the Island in general. Beds were amazing, loved the shower as well, kitchen equipped with all we needed, this was first apartment we rented which offered beach towels. Location is central Alcala close to the supermarket and close to the coast as well.

  Disliked: Apartment has an internal balcony as well for drying clothes, there was at times bad smell coming from the little gully at this balcony, but other than that everything else was perfect.

  Liked: It was appreciated that on the check-out day, as it was raining very heavily, the hosts kindly allowed us to stay a bit longer than check-out time.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay in this apartment did not meet our expectations or the price paid. We informed the owners about the misleading information in the listing as soon as we arrived, but no solution was offered. The biggest problem was noise. There was constant noise from the busy main road and neighbouring apartments. There is almost no sound insulation – we could even hear neighbours’ phone vibrations and cutlery. The listing is misleading. The main photo shows a solarium / roof terrace, but in reality there was no access to any terrace or solarium, even though we received instructions on arrival on how to use it. The advertised sea view is also not true – the balcony faces a very busy road. Comfort and facilities are not suitable for four people. The living room is too small, the sofa is narrow and unstable, and there is no dishwasher. The bed for two adults is only 140 cm wide, and two adult men had to share one blanket. Maintenance: during a 14-night stay, towels and bed linen were not changed automatically. Overall, the apartment is overpriced for what it offers, especially considering the noise, misleading information, and lack of comfort.
