Fabulous
Great accomodation with excellent staff
Liked: Very clean and modern property great pool and outside gym. Short taxi ride from Los Christianos, approximately 15 Euros.
Disliked: Very friendly staff, who are always willing to help you out and provide information.
Nice & Quite stay
Liked: It's nice hotel with many nice facilities, Pool, tuck shop was nice. Staff is very professional and good.
Disliked: I travelled with other friend's families, hoping we will be accomodating together but that didn't happened. Get to see cockroaches roaming around. AC goes off in middle of night
Expectation high form the pictures reality is very upsetting
Liked: Absolutely nothing was good there, I have no idea why the bad reviews are on Google Maps only, cause reality is upsetting, pictures are completely different from reality, the building is very old, it has cracks everywhere it’s not cleaned at all, hair on the bed, shower is disguising, it’s yellow and old. You can hear everything what’s happening. I would avoid it at any cost… they offered to change a room, but we just left to a normal place cause dealing with it was inappropriate. Building will not be new magically.

it was lovely, we really enjoyed it
Liked: the staff were really friendly and the food at the cafe was really great! the pool was great too!
Disliked: the location was a bit far from the big activities but there are buses and taxis aren’t that expensive.
Liked: Nice location for exploring south of the island. Near to the airport also.
Great place to stay for Tenerife holiday
Liked: Super helpful staff upon arrival and during our stay. The apartment was nice overall, we especially loved the pool - it was amazing and they let us stay at the pool on our last day even after checking out, so we could still soak up the Tenerife sun before returning home. It was fairly easy to park out car every day, the cleaning ladies are very friendly and very accommodating as well. The apartment was well equipped, AC worked great. We also loved the balcony (the smell of w"ed coming from other balconies was a bit bothering tho) We loved to stay here and especially loved Palm-Mar, everything walking distance, stores, Belgian bakery, restaurants, ocean. Very safe place to stay, we would come here again.
