Fabulous
The glory days of this hotel are over
Liked: Location near sea. Clean rooms.
Disliked: No parking for customers so additional cost for me. Swimming pool not heated, everyone can access breakfast so what is the point for me to pay extra for that if I can enter for free? Elevators are slow and annoying. You can tell that glory days of this Meliá hotel are over and not matching other Meliá hotels I’ve seen so far

Comfortable luxury stay
Liked: The decor was beautiful and it was extremely clean. Comfortable bed and very clean modern bathroom. Public spaces were very contemporary. Breakfast buffet was excellent and replenished regularly.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
Liked: The location was amazing, literally 200mts from the beach, very close to restaurants and bars, and we were able to take our dog with us as well, the staff were wonderful, and max had bis own doggy bed in the room with us, We also had a lovely surprise when we went back to our room in the evening, there was a bottle of cava waiting for us as it was my wife's birthday, all in all a great experience 😊
Liked: What can one say about a hotel we are returning to for the third time during our stays in Tenerife, other than that it is a dream hotel? Highly recommended from check-in to check-out. The rooms and views are stunning, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the breakfast is the best!
