Very good
But overall excellent stay
Liked: The pool and facilities are excellent as are the staff
Disliked: The sofa bed for the 3rd person is awful! Like sleeping on the pavement! Hill is a bit of a killer
Liked: Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, loved the pool area. The staff leading the entertainment and aerobics were great. The lifeguard on duty was also fab, he noticed me limping around and gave me some ibuprofen gel for pain relief. Much appreciated! Nice food and cocktails.
Disliked: The big hill but cheap taxis and the free bus were perfect.
A nice hotel in the quite part of the town
Liked: Good hotel with a lot of things to do without even leaving the territory. The pools are good and comfortable. The terrace with sun beds is great. Has a decent SPA for a cheap price. Has a bus to bring you to the beach
Disliked: The hotel is a bit on the outskirts. The room is slightly worn out and would need renovation and cleaning. Cockroaches appeared a few times under the sink
Fun in the sun
Liked: Accommodation was great, good size with excellent sea views. Would like the apartment below us that had a huge balcony with sea views. The animation team were superb running activities during the day. Main pool was large with lots of sun loungers
Disliked: Location at back of Los Cristianos means walking back up the hill each evening was a bit of a slog but there is a courtesy bus that runs to the beach and taxi from main part of town is only a few euros. Second week pool was busier but still able to get a sun bed.
Liked: Complex very good. Communications from hotel very good
Big and pretty with nice pools but also some downsides
Liked: A lovely view, nice to spend time watching sunrise, sunset & the sea. Nice pools, great piña colada, good supermarket and the bus to the beach and especially back was great.
Disliked: The evening show would have been enjoyable if it hadn’t been insanely loud! We couldn’t even talk to each other INSIDE our accommodation with the balcony door closed while the two-hour disco show was going on – every night! Also, there was no cleaning at all. We stayed for a week and asked about the promised cleaning service after the scheduled cleaning day had passed, but nobody ever showed up. Eventually, we got tired of asking and gave up. Luckily, there were cleaning supplies available, so we were able to clean the place ourselves.
