Exceptional
An amazing villa and staff that made you feel welcomed everyday
Liked: The property was only 30-40 minutes direct transfer from Tenerife South Airport. We were given an amazing villa with beautiful views out onto the sea. If you value quiet time in the evening, this would be a place to consider. The staff at the restaurant on-site were welcoming and service was amazing. Food and drink were all very reasonably priced. Javier was outstanding and could not do enough to help us during our time there. He helped with arranging a rental car, tickets for Siam Park and Loro Parque and saved us money on our return to the airport.
Very quiet and peaceful location, great for recharging your human batteries
Liked: Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Powerful showers
Disliked: Beds were quite hard. Lack of cooking equipment- no salad bowls, serving bowls/dishes which is disappointing for a self catering villa
Liked: Reception staff were super exceptional 👏 thank you. House keeping staff were all lovely. Outside area, grounds & around the Pool area was kept beautifully. Exceptional views from the Villa. The quality of the fixtures and fittings in the Villa was good. Sun beds were comfy. We had a lovely time 🥰
Disliked: Wifi connection kept dropping out and was very frustrating. One of the bar men wasn't very friendly, he looked miserable and struggled to raise a welcome smile which was a shame and made us reluctant to use this facility whilst we was there. Everyone else was super lovely. Bed could do with a mattress topper! It would be helpfull to included a few sachets of salt & pepper alongside the sachets of sugar/coffee/ teabags tgat are supplied, just to get your holiday started off on the right foot! Thank you for considering our suggestions.

Liked: Fantastic apartment with loads of space, a great balcony and brilliant views over Los Gigantes and the sea. The whole complex was clean, peaceful and very well looked after. The pool area was excellent and never felt overcrowded. We really liked having a proper kitchen and washing machine, which made the self-catering stay easy. The location was ideal for the marina, restaurants, shops and exploring the island. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We had a brilliant week and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Very little. The only minor downside was the pool closing at 18:00, as it would have been nice to use it a little later in the evening. Otherwise we genuinely had no complaints.
