  Liked: An amazing stay at Regency Resort! The staff and reception were so helpful in getting us settled and making our stay five stars. What topped it off was the entertainment around the pool and the epic bar staff at the pool. The entire family had the best time. Thank you, Regency! We hope to have another opportunity to stay again. Thank you!

  Good value for money

  Liked: The property is far away from the big tourist scene, yet close enough to many attractions, if you have a car, which is strongly suggested and there is free parking in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly and the pool is great for families. There is also on site self service laundry available for 10 euros wash and dry. Our stay had a great terrace and even additional rooftop with sun beds.

  Disliked: The kitchen has limited pots and pans. The apartment was slightly too hot and cleaning could improve. Daily cleaning service was change of towels/ bedlinen and taking out the thrash. Floors were hardly cleaned.

  vacances mémorable

  Liked: We stayed at the Regency Country Hotel for one week and had an excellent holiday. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the entire team, especially Bruno and a lovely young lady who gave us great advice and excellent recommendations for exploring the island of Tenerife. The hotel has a beautiful setting where you quickly feel at home. Everything is done to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Our children absolutely loved their stay as well. They didn't want to go home! They were warmly welcomed at the kids' club by a fantastic lady who was always smiling and full of positive energy. The activities were varied, fun, and very well organized, with a wonderful atmosphere. Every day, they couldn't wait to go back to the club. A big thank you to the whole team for their kindness and professionalism. We will definitely be coming back!

  Hidden gem

  Liked: Hidden gem ***** Just back from a weeks stay as a family of five. All I can say is what a fantastic hotel, after reading negative reviews we were very nervous about going!! Well we could not of been more wrong! To start we were met with the lovely reception staff who told us everything in detail what we needed to know. The apartment while yes were a bit outdated, served the purpose for all your in it! We had the two bedroom room 608, it has a Spanish feel to it but had everything we needed! Plus a massive balcony with table and 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers. The pool area is fantastic a little pool for wee kids and big pool for older. There is a safe play park and kids club to may I add Mel & Javi are just amazing our kids loved you all. You will never have to fight for a sun lounger as there is loads and they are the comfortable ones with padded bit to lie on. The pool bar staff work so hard a special mention to Alfredo and the others guys I didn’t catch your names!! So good with children!! The hotel is slightly out but it’s only ten euro to los cris/las Americas. There is a near by shop and restaurant which was only a five minute walk! Over all ignore the negative reviews as this place is a hidden gem and we will be back!!!

Price for changing a pool towel:

The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure.

Pool towel changes will be free every 3 days.

Each change outside these dates will cost the client €2.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
