Exceptional
Good place to stay in case you're planning to different places in Tenerife
Liked: Such a beautiful place by the road, near La Orotava. Easy communication with host, who even sent us some videos to make sure that we got all the instructions for check-in, parking, and so on. It is a comfortable and well equiped 2 bed apartment with plenty of space for parking. We also had the chance to wash some clothes during our stay.
Disliked: There's nothing negative to point out about our stay. Maybe just if you want to go out without the car and walk from there, the road does not have a proper sidewalk next to the house. But that's not their fault.:)
Value for money, comfortable stay
Liked: The host provides a helpful information folder with check-in information, restaurant recommendations, details of local banana plantation tours, and other useful tips. The garden also has several avocado trees, and if any avocados are ripe, they are not to be missed—just remember to ask the host’s permission before picking them.
Disliked: Nil
Great stay
Liked: Brand new modern apartment on the territory of a rural plantation, great view of the ocean and Puerto-de-la-Cruz, especially in the evening from a large terrace. Everything needed for a stay is available in the flat- washing and dish washing machine, coffee, tea, oil, sugar, paper towels, salt, etc,decent size bedrooms and a very large bathroom. There is a cat and hens on the territory which our little daughter particularly liked. Parking is available. The hosts are very attentive and a welcome gift of sweets and avocados was very appreciated. There is a good restaurant in 4 min walking but the road has no pedestrian zone.
Disliked: Everything was perfect
Liked: Loved the location. Appartment had everything we needed. Liked the avocado trees and natural setting, lots of butterflies and birds. Nice views of Teide and the coast. Fresh air. Easy to get to Puerto de la Cruz and the Martiánez swimming pools.
Disliked: All good.
Great place
Liked: The communication was very easy with the host. The flat is newly renovated, well equipped and we had everyone what we needed for a week as a family. The sunsets are magical.
Disliked: Just one small thing: there's a new oven with a tray, but there wasn't an oven-safe pot or dish that we could use in it. There are pots for the cooker, though.
Liked: A beautiful apartment, highly recommend.
