No complaints. Good value for money. Helpful staff was important. Very clean room and communal areas
Liked: Clean and modern. Good value for price. We stayed in October. close to amenities and Arena beach. Less busy location than other areas if you don’t know the coast ie quieter than adeje area which we liked. Staff super helpful!! Can book activities at reception.
Disliked: Cleaners only every 4 days which was ok for us but fyi.
Liked: Aqua-gym lol, hotel design, sunset view, shops nearby, free parking nearby (but you have to arrive before 7 pm)
Disliked: The dinner system is weird. We were asked to make a reservation for each night, yet we were pretty much the only couple there. What's the point? There was always salad/pastry as a starter, and then you have to pick your main course and dessert from the menu. The problem is that most of the dishes just taste awful. You only get one choice for your main course each night, so if you pick something bad - which it usually is - your dinner is pretty much ruined. For example, I thought you couldn't screw up a pizza since most places make it alright, but oh boy, was I wrong - this was 100% the worst pizza we have ever had. The sugo (sauce) was terrible and that yellow substance you call cheese tastes like eating plastic! Yuck. Thank God there was always some salad/pastry, which saved the day.

I’ll definitely be back!
Liked: I absolutely fell in love with the Los Gigantes area! The hotel’s location is fantastic, and it seems to have been renovated recently. We were given a lovely room with a terrace where we spent our evenings. I’d rate the breakfast 8/10. However, I’ve noticed that breakfasts are pretty similar across Tenerife hotels in the same category — nothing fancy, but still good overall.
