  Impossible to find fault with hotel or staff

  Liked: Spa lady was especially lovely, breakfast staff excellent and we adored the staff and food at the Pinte Restaurant

  Disliked: Don’t think staff could have done more but fellow guests could modify their behaviour and act with more decorum with regards to appropriate mobile phone use and respect the rules of the no photography in the spa policy. Examples, phone calls on speakerphone at breakfast, people photographing everything and everyone without permission. It is difficult, hotels thrive on exposure but a line needs to be drawn - in my opinion. It is a cool place but very easy to show it off in photos without irritating other guests who are paying to stay there and want some peace.

  Clean, comfortable, and fantastic views

  Liked: Fantastic spa— like three different saunas, steam room and an outdoor hot tub with a pool.

  Disliked: It was very clean, and very comfortable. But wish they’d pay attention to detail a bit more to elevate it: lime scale on the shower head, elevator signage fading off. For the money, they could go a bit farther. Also, the spa reservation system is absurd— it doesn’t matter, and it’s not enforced anyway, but the formality should be done away with.

  Liked: Absolutely loved my stay!!! Super friendly staff and receptionist and blown away by the amenities and service offered!! Wonderful hospitality and upgraded us to a lovely suite for a comfortable and memorable experience. Will definitely be coming again to visit and stay at Bergwelt!!!

  Disliked: SPA massage could be better as I didn’t feel much revitalised as you should after.

  I would highly recommend staying at this property!

  Liked: Everything was top notch, from check-in to check-out. The spa, the restaurant, the facilities, parking, architecture, views, staff - 5 STARS!

  Disliked: It got a bit hot in our room even with the doors open. Offering fans or other portable cooling methods would be a great bonus!
