  Great value, close to transportation hubs

  Liked: Close to the Grindewald Terminal for both gondolas and train. Staff was helpful to get us set up for appointments in Grindewald when we asked for some help. Breakfast was perfect. Also we loved the free bus pass! We went into town several times via bus and it was delightful & very helpful

  Disliked: Interior view was not super great, but we tried not to spend alot of time in our room

  Liked: The room was clean, and the cafeteria and breakfast area were decent.

  Disliked: The assigned room was on the 1st floor that wasn’t the same while booking according to the picture shown. We were disappointed.

  Incredible

  Liked: The views are absolutely breath taking. Waking up with a view of the snowy mountains was a unique experience. The breakfast is excellent with great views and the staff is super nice!

  Great couple of days stay. Fabulous hotel next to the cable cars and railway station. I highly recommend this hotel

  Liked: Great location. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast. Vey comfortable bedrooms.

  Disliked: No restaurant so we had to walk to the adjoining bar for food
