Very good
Disliked: Staff was extremely rude. The front desk lady walked into my room without knocking or asking for permission. I used the self check in and she was unsure why I walked into the room when the kiosk gave me the card and room number. I explained and she failed to leave my room till I told her to get out. I did not feel safe in the room since she came into my room with out permission.
Fantastic location, minutes from Lake Geneva. Decent place to stay overall
Liked: The breakfast and the breakfast room were fantastic! The view is spectacular and the selection of foods is sufficient.
Disliked: The parking garage was interesting. You need to drive your car into an elevator which takes you down into the underground parking garage. It was not intuitive how to use it, especially if you never had before - and the staff unfortunately did not explain it well. The hotel in itself is a bit outdated, ie: hallway carpets had tears in them. But the room was clean, though the beds were very hard!
