Very good
Liked: The location was perfect for us, that was the reason we booked Aquatis Hotel. Also like the design of the rooms but no extra features at all, no fridge, no coffee machine, no slippers, just a hairdryer but a poor one.
Disliked: Breakfast was really disappointing this time, 3 types of fruit but not fresh at all and bowls almost empty, just a small piece of cheese remaining, yoghurt bowl completely empty. Also we’d booked and paid 4 nights on the Hotel’s parking at CHF 18,- per night, the 2nd day the parking was full and we had to park the car in the public parking right under the hotel and paid only CHF 3,-. So first they invoice more parking spots than available and then charge 6x the price. Also the staff at the reception were not friendly at all and reservation made personnally at the restaurant wasn‘t registered. It was our 3rd stay in the hotel, but we seriously think about choosing another one next time.

Nice and helpful staff
Liked: Amazing stay in this hotel as we needed one day break from travelling - we went in to Aquarium (you get nice discount when you stay in hotel), and that was amazing! Also staff very absolutely lovely and nice to use and our little daughter, thank you for that!
Disliked: Quite pitty that hotel restaurant was closed during lunch/afternoon time - we had to got to "aquarium" restaurant, which was full of visitors. Although we didn't want to use spa - we were informed, that its closed too.
Functional and clean
Liked: It is a very functional business hotel. Well located for Lausanne city with the Metro basically in the building. Perfect for a visit at the Aquarium.
Disliked: It has a cold a bit impersonal vibe.

Liked: Clean and organized
Disliked: Great breakfast, but the lack of lactose-free milk—and the fact that plant-based alternatives are the only option—is discriminatory! Being lactose intolerant isn’t a choice—it’s a medical condition; being vegetarian or vegan is a choice! Thank you for being more inclusive in the future.
The stay was awesome and the restaurant was spectacular
Liked: The two staff member AGILE, GABOR and KAUTAT we're exceptionally great and they deserve a recognition
Disliked: The housekeeping was horrible. There was no linen change despite our request to have the same changed, there was water in the room despite our request every day. The comforters were not changed at any one time
