Disliked: It would have been have good to confirm we had twin beds, without needing to phone.

Great location, good value and fantastic breakfast
Liked: The location above Lausanne is fantastic as it is close to all the main sights but also much calmer than the center. The proximity to the public transport and the free public transport card is perfect. The breakfast is great with an abundant amount of options.
Disliked: Everything was great. You should know that this is also a hospital hotel, which means that patients are also residing there.
