  Don’t waste your money here

  Liked: The staff was kind. Everyone says that breakfast is amazing - I would not say so. It is merely ok.

  Disliked: We are still waiting to be reimbursed of our stay (room + unused car park and taxes) as we had to check out after one night only when we realised that our room had BLACK MOLD (including in the shower head!!!) and the covered swimming pool was not heated. We specifically booked the place for the covered swimming pool as we have a little one. We were told that the bad state of the bathrooms demand the mold is a known issue so much so that the hotel will close this winter for a refurb. I therefore think that it is rather dishonest to offer rooms at the price they are offering when then know that the rooms are not to standard. We were offered a new room after the first night but unsure if there wouldn’t be a new hidden issue (as we know black mold contaminated other areas of a building) and no assurance about the swimming pool matching what was advertised ie heated at 25 degrees, we decided to move. We found appart hotels on this site which were a faction of the price and 100000 times better. So don’t waste your money here.
