  Nice

Liked: The breakfast had everything you'd expect, which was pretty good. There's a grocery store across the street where you can buy some snacks. It's also not far to catch a mountain cable or go to the waterfront, which is convenient.

Disliked: Need take bus to Hotel

Very nice, wish we had more time to stay in Lugano

Liked: Room with a balcony was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Upon check in, a staff member offered help with our luggage and helped my friend with the parking which was a little difficult

Disliked: Driving in to the property is a little difficult

Liked: The Staff was really nice. At breakfast we were asked every morning about the coffee, by a really nice waiter (whose name we don’t remember). Next to the bus stops and near to the lake.

Excellent stay & would recommend this establishment

Liked: Very friendly & helpful staff. We left some valuable in the room while rushing to catch our onward journey train. Staff were kind to post those valuable to our home address.
