Very good
Nina was great. She wait for us and she was very reactive to ours questions
Liked: Très bien
Liked: Location is excellent and it has great views of the lake and Town.
Perfect location with stunning views of the lake and city
Liked: Location was perfect and apartment was very well appointed
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The apartment was just behind the casino so from the apartment you could see lake Geneva. It was a spacious apartment, very clean and cosy.
Disliked: The big window in the lounge area was locked so we couldn't open it, which would have been ok but when we went it was exceptionally hot. We didn't know what to do with our rubbish so had to leave it in the apartment,(it was put in bags) would of been nice to know if there was an area of bins for us to put it in before we left.
Liked: Position View
Disliked: Disappointing experience despite the nice location. The apartment is in a great spot with a beautiful view and was clean and well maintained, even if a bit dated. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the host’s rudeness and complete lack of support. I had clearly asked for a crib for my baby, but when we arrived, there was only a camping cot frame without a mattress—completely unusable. When I pointed this out, the host was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solution and not even apologizing. At one point, she even asked if I wanted to cancel the booking—something obviously impossible, as we were already there with a small child. Only after I sent her photos did she admit the crib wasn’t usable, but said she wasn’t in Montreux and couldn’t get a mattress. When I explained this should have been checked before our arrival, she stopped responding altogether. In the end, we had no choice but to sleep in the same bed with our baby for two nights, which was uncomfortable and not ideal for us. I’ve traveled a lot and have never encountered such poor communication and lack of basic hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone traveling with children.
Superb
Liked: Fabulous location. Beautiful views from the balcony and the living room window. Easy access for bus, train and boat.
