Very good
Liked: The location and the staff were excellent. Also the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room we provided is slightly old and require going through the stairs to get to it. It is only several steps not a big issue
A nice little treat for a few nights
Liked: All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and very clean. I really liked the bath. The spa facilities were great.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like but I thought the overall hotel was looking a little past its best and could do with a 5* make over. The sauna facilities were also a little dated.

Lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with lovely view of the lake
Liked: Staff was extremely helpful and came to offer us chocolates every night, which the kids love. Our suite room was very spacious and had a lovely view of the lake from the balcony.
Disliked: The exterior facade of the hotel looks a little old and dirty, could do with a power-wash to improve the first impression when arriving from the main road. It would also be much appreciated if the hotel offered its guests a travel card that allowed guests to use the public transport in this town for free. We had that from the hotels from Lucerne, Grindelwald and Geneva, so I think it's quite common.

The Montreux Jazz Festival will take place and will be during the 2 first weeks of July (exact dates to be checked on their website). During this period, in the evenings car access might be difficult and some noise is also to be expected.

Please note that some phases of the work may cause noise disturbance, but only during the day, excluding weekends and public holidays. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the Vernex Park (located between the 2m2c and the hotel) is currently occupied for this renovation work, which may alter the usual visual aspect of the park.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
