Excellent location and amenities with room for improvement on the safety of the bathtub’s design
Liked: View was spectacular and even when it rained the awning allowed me to still sit on the balcony and enjoy my coffee. The room is big and comfortable, albeit missing a coffee maker set up.
Disliked: The bathtub was so tall it was hard for me to get off it. It can be risky for older travelers who have arthritis or mobility problems. Also the glass covering of the tub was not enough to prevent water from splashing onto the floor while showering. The floor filled with water.
We loved our stay, the hotel and staff were great
Liked: The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly. The view from our balcony was breathtaking.
Disliked: It was a bit sparse the the communal areas
Nice location!
Liked: Location is very nice on the promenade and close to the Queen studio experience. The hotel is large and rooms are good with the balcony opening to the lake is beautiful (we did get upgraded!). FOr a change, a hotel in Europe on this trip where AC worked!
Disliked: Not having kettle in each room was disappointing. First night, we did notget one as there was a large group earlier which had taken all kettles available. This is a basic expected of a hotel like this. Breakfast location is nice but options are limited for vegetarians. But it is fair enough to do the job for a basic breakfast.

Disliked: Breakfast was only average and the shower very poor
