Very good
An amazing apartment with breathtaking views!
Liked: This apartment is a beautiful property located close to the bus stop,Montreux is 20 min by foot & all the shops and a 5 min walk to the lake. The terrace has breathtaking views and the beds are fantastic -we slept like loggs! We would definitely stay again!
Disliked: The only drawback was that the wifi wasn't working properly but it didn't bother us much as who needs internet with a view like that. I would also suggest a bit more kitchen utensils as it was pretty basic. Other then that -Perfect! Thank you Roman & Sergey we loved it!

Very poor cleanliness and misleading listing
Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was extremely unclean when we arrived. The bathroom had clearly not been properly cleaned, and the bathtub is very old and rusty. The bed did not appear to have fresh sheets, there was visible dust and hair on the bedding, which made it seem like it had not been changed for a long time. We left immediately and were not able to stay in such conditions. There was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, so you would have to keep the windows open almost all the time. In addition, the apartment looks much more modern in the photos than it does in reality, which was quite misleading. Finding the entrance to the apartment was also very confusing. You receive a 20-page document with instructions that you have to go through to figure out how to access the property, and it still feels like a mystery when you arrive. On top of that, the self check-in process requires filling out a Google Form with personal information such as passport details, without any clear information about data protection, which felt quite inappropriate and uncomfortable.
Excellent property with exceptional views
Liked: Beautiful property, with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake and the mountains. We were very comfortable.

Below expectations
Disliked: Bad communication with owner. He doesn't answer phone calls. It was a Sunday the first day that we arrived to Switzerland and I called him 3 times and only answering machine in French.! I have no internet and he sent the key collection instructions to me in the booking website and I had to spend a long time in a Sunday to find internet. Even during our stay the owner didn't bother to call and ask if everything was okay. The apartment is less than average and requires some maintenance both insde and in the terrace. I DO NOT think that I will go back there again. One simple advice to the owner; COMMUNCATE with your guests.
