Disliked: 1. The host gave only 4 towels for 2 persons. Web site mentioned there is a dryer but no. When I asked the agent to give us more towels, they said I needed to pay for extra towels. I needed to wash the towel every day. What a waste for electricity, water and detergent. 2. The furniture is very modern but that is everything. Not organized and too many useless stuffs are inside the furniture.

Liked: Location. Host Ms.Fatima's reactivity to trying to solve issues. Was offered a place to wait.
Disliked: Arrived to NOT prepared apartment. Dirty, grease, without conditioner during heat wave. Loud noise from the street. Zero bathroom kits. Tiny and too small place.

Disliked: Property management issues: 1) listing stated tourist card available, but upon further inquiry, it is not unless you make your own inquiry and arrangements with the Tourist Office; 2) property agent showed us the unit but could not explain how the washing machine works. I later contacted the property host who just said the machine is universal. It is not. 3)when we checked in, property agent said he would have the clogged bathroom sink fixed. He did not. Waited 2 days and then when I tried to follow up with him on this unsatisfactory and unsanitary situation he said he could not and gave me an email contact to make repair arrangements on my own. Ridiculous! I contacted the host who said it would be repaired 2 days after our departure. Very poor support. 4) small items — had to purchase own toilet paper, shampoo, body wash.
