Lake location and hospitality

Perfect location and a comfortable base
Liked: Loved the lakeside location and being able to walk through the gardens. Although we didn’t have a lakeside room, it was very large and very comfortable. The public rooms were excellent and we all enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
Very enjoyable but as mentioned in the comments could be better
Liked: View from our room was amazing. Breakfast. The cooked selection was always Luke warm. So not appealing.
Disliked: Cooked breakfast HOT. some prunes or grapefruit. DINNER. We had the dinner included in our price. However. There was no choice for each of the 4 courses. Plus the staff were very very quick. As soon as you had finished the course the next one arrived. Not good.!!!!
I enjoyed my stay in the hotel
Liked: I like the view, the location, the room, the garden, the interior of the building.... all very nice. After I understand that the hotel has a long history, I appreciated and give high value to the hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast has limited option but delicious. Especially if you look for vegan food, it is difficult to get.

Disliked: Interiors were grand but tired. All areas need to be refurbished. Reception staff were great. Other staff did not appear to be too happy working there.
