Fabulous
Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Construction noise.
Liked: Very clean place and very central.
Disliked: There was ongoing renovation work in the building, which was not mentioned on Booking.com. Had I been aware of this, I would have preferred to choose alternative accommodation. As someone with asthma and allergies, staying in a building undergoing renovation was not ideal. In addition, a builder was working directly outside the window during our stay. When I am on holiday, I do not expect to have workers operating outside my window. Fortunately, we stayed for only two nights. The owner also provided a list of tasks to complete before check-out. While I agree that guests should wash dishes after use, cleanliness standards vary from person to person, and it should ultimately be checked by the cleaner. Several glasses and wine glasses were not properly clean when we arrived, and I had to wash them before using them. I did not notice that a security deposit was required, which was my oversight. However, there was no face-to-face handover at check-in or check-out, which leaves room for subjective interpretation regarding the condition of the property. Furthermore, the apartment itself was not in the best condition, making me concerned about the deposit process.

Liked: Excellent facilities, good communication, nice location.
Disliked: Property looked a little dated and tired, but don’t let that put you off.
Cosy apartment in an ideal location
Liked: Very cosy accommodation! Bed was comfortable, most of the kitchen appliances were available for cooking (although it will be good if there is a can opener), TV has netflix and internet connection for Youtube. Location is very good because it is close to the bus stop that has bus connection to St Moritz train station. Coop supermarket is just a short walking distance away. Alexander is a friendly host. Instructions to check in were very clear. We are thankful for his hospitality.🙂
Everything was satisfactory, but could be more homely
Liked: We liked the location, and the flat was clean and well equipped. We liked having the laundry facility.
Disliked: We found it not very welcoming because of the scaffolding and ongoing building work. We felt the flat could have been a little more 'homely' eg having curtains that met in the middle and kept out the light, eg a small sofa next to the wardrobe? Somewhere to sit to relax. It would have been nice to have had the additional option of a double duvet, that a couple could share! There was no salt and pepper in the flat. We felt that the laundry facilities - which were excellent - needed more detailed instructions in English - we had to ask one of the residents how to use the card!
