Very good
clean room, good value, no free guest card
Liked: The host communicated promptly via booking messages. The place is clean, efficient, and plenty of free parking. The location is convenient to Pontresina and St. Moritz via bus, but has better value than staying in St. Moritz.
Disliked: They do not provide the free guest card, which covers all public transportation and lifts. The public transportation is not much (less than 11 CHF for a day pass covering zones 10 and 30), but the free lifts easily worth more than 200 CHF. So this is a factor you need to ask about before booking with any properties in this area.
Liked: Location is good, although it’s not ski to the door, 3 minutes driving to lift parking$ Room is ok, shower water volume is wonderful.
Disliked: Entrance to the room is a bit creepy being on the attic, some dry wall cover would make it look more welcoming.

Liked: Small and cosy attic apartment in the beautiful location. Apartment is close to the train station as well as to a Coop grocery store. Parking available right in front of the building. Room was small but well structured and big enough for 2 people to spend couple of nights in. The owner was super helpful and provided all the needed information for a perfect stay and even informed us about a road blocks on our departure day. Would 100% visit again and recommend.
Disliked: Maybe a small improvement could be a better bed/mattress, but honestly (as a person with a back pain issues) did not have any problems after 3 nights and always slept tight as a baby.

Disliked: Toilet and room too small. The room is at rooftop, so the ceiling is triangle and sometimes we knocked the roof rack on top.

Liked: Most of the accommodations were as expected. The accommodations were minimal, but we were there for the location, not extravagant lodging. Laundry setup was confusing. If you plan to wash your ski apparel before packing up, get started early so you don’t have to make late night phone calls like we did. (We were still given the help we need, even though we called for help later than would normally be reasonable.)
